Project: Master's Thesis Project

Summary: Growing Neural Gas - Experiments with GNG, GNG with Utility and Supervised GNG

I am currently doing my Master Thesis Project at Uppsala University, Department of Computer Systems. I am a 4:th year student at the Computer Science Program.

The purpose:
Make a study of what has been written about GNG.
Implement GNG using Object Oriented C++, the design will be very flexible to allow easy testing of variants of GNG.
There are some details that are loosly defined in Fritzkes paper, I will address these.
I will combine GNG with an RBF net (supervised GNG) and perform experiments.

Project: booruWebCam
Start Date: 2000-03-10
Summary: Minimalistic webcam software.

When I bought my webcam (2000-03-01) I found that there weren't any webcam programs that suited me. I got one bulky ugly slow program with my webcam but I soon tired. When I couldn't find a program that did what I wanted and nothing else, I decided to write one of my own. So I did.

Summary: Minimalistic binary clock for 2000/XP.

Everyone should have a binary clock on their desktop. Searching the web I couldn't find a binary clock that I liked, so I decided to write one.
